If a User of the Site downloads software from the Site, the software (including all data, files, and images, contained in or generated by the software) is considered to be licensed to the User by Security Planet Corp. No rights transfer to the User, including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights. The Software may not be resold, reverse engineered, de-compiled, disassembled, or otherwise converted to a human perceivable form. The United States Export Control laws prohibit the export of certain technical data and software to certain territories. Where applicable, User may download one copy of the Site or portions of the Site for personal non-commercial home use only, so long as no portions including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices are not deleted, modified or changed. Subject to the rights granted above, you may browse the Site for personal entertainment and information. None of the materials, including, but not limited to, the text, images, audio, and video may be copied, distributed, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, revised, or modified without Security Planet's written permission, except as otherwise herein provided.

DAMAGES OR INJURIES

Security Planet can, at its sole discretion, replace or amend such provisions with another provision.

Security Planet does not warrant that the materials or communications found in the Site will be available, functioning properly at all times.
